Call for Abstracts: 2018 Annual Conference

NSGIC’s 2018 Annual Conference will be held October 1 -5, 2018 in Duluth MN.

Abstract submissions are due Friday, July 27, 2018.

Who can present?

All NSGIC members, sponsors* and partners are encouraged to consider submitting an abstract for the conference

What kind of presentations are available?

There are three types of presentations available:

Ignite Presentation
An ignite presentation is 10 minutes long including Q&A.

Smolder Presentation
A smolder presentation is 15 minutes long, including Q&A. Smolder presentations are ideal for introducing new programs, providing program updates, or presenting a single, fairly narrow subject. Smolder presentations are the preferred format for the NSGIC meeting.

Panel Discussion
A panel discussion consists of two or more speakers who give a short introduction to a topic followed by a vigorous discussion.

Traditional Presentation
A traditional presentation is a 15 to 30-minute presentation on a single theme. Speakers are typically grouped together in a 90 or 120-minute slot on the agenda.
