How to Join

All NSGIC members receive a membership directory, NSGIC Newsletters, access to the NSGIC List Server, and may also receive reduced rates for periodic NSGIC publications. If you are not currently a member of the Council, and would like to receive more information on becoming a member, please contact the NSGIC administrative office at (443) 640-1075 or by E-mail at diane@ksgroup.org.

Membership Types

State Government Membership:
Persons employed in or representing state government.
1 - 5 individuals: $300.00 per person
6 or more individuals: $275.00 per person

State Leaders Membership:
Up to five individuals within the same state - $1,000 annually

State Council Membership:
A State that enrolls its GIS Coordinating Body or Council representatives at a group rate to support NSGIC at a higher level. All state coordinating body or council representatives receive full member benefits.
Unlimited number of members: $3000.00

Institutional Membership:
Persons in other government (local, regional, federal tribal), academic, and non-governmental organizations.
1 - 5 individuals: $300.00 per person
6 or more individuals: $275.00 per person

Business Membership:
Persons in for-profit commercial enterprises.
1 - 5 individuals: $500.00 per person
6 or more individuals: $450.00 per person
