White Paper
The White Paper describes the need for good address data then looks at the current situation, resulting problems, and best practices. It makes recommendations on how state and local government, along with the private sector, can work to meet deliver good add. The paper is presented in a glossy, 4-page document called Addressing Coordination Issues.

Best Practices
The Work Group documented work in seven states that have statewide address systems, plus one county. They also looked at recommendations for ideal systems as developed by NENA (National Emergency Number Association), MetroGIS, and GINIE (Geographic Information Network In Europe). These have collected as Best Practices.
