Room Rate: $97.00 (Approved Federal Rate) plus tax per night; this rate applies up to three nights before, and three nights following, the NSGIC Annual Conference dates based on room availability.

Please note the following
A deposit equal to one night's room charge is required to confirm a guest room reservation; if a credit card is provided to confirm the reservation, the card will be charged immediately for one night's stay. This deposit is for the first night of the reservation, and in the event the reservation is cancelled, the deposit is refundable ONLY if the cancellation is confirmed up to five (5) nights prior to arrival.
After check-in, an early departure fee will be charged if check-out occurs prior to your reserved check-out date; be sure to advise the hotel of your check-out date at or before check-in.

Driving from the Orlando Airport: Exit the Airport North and follow to 528 West. Follow 528 West to I-4. Take I-4 West to Exit #68 and make a right onto SR 535. At the next traffic light, turn left onto Hotel Plaza Boulevard. Follow for 1/2 mile and the Hotel will be on the left.
Mears Transportation Group
offers shuttle service to/from the Orlando International Airport (MCO) and area hotels. Upon arrival at the airport, arrangements may be made on the Ground Transportation level (1) of both terminals. Reservations may be made in advance through the Mears website. One way shuttle service should cost approximately $21 per person and round-trip reservations are approximately $34 per person.
Taxi service is available from the same area of the airport. Fare for one way could be approximately $50.
All persons attending any of the event functions, including group breakfasts, lunches or plenary sessions must be registered.
For the offsite social on Tuesday, buses will depart from the “Attractions Shuttle” area located just beyond the Covington Mill Restaurant in the Hilton and drop-off at The Epcot Center area of the parks. A TICKET WILL BE REQUIRED TO BOARD THE BUS. You will have free time in the park until 7:30pm. Please enjoy dinner on your own in any of the fabulous dining options throughout Disney.
At 7:30pm, please join us at the Terrace des Fleurs area of Epcot for a dessert & cocktail reception for networking with your peers. From here we will have a prime viewing location for the spectacular fireworks display that is put on nightly in Epcot. Buses will be available to return us to the Hilton at the conclusion of the fireworks show.
